- All Date Changes Prior to 48 Hours Before the Tour Date are Free of Charge.
- From 48 to 24 hours prior to excursion date – date changes, subject to availability with 10% fees (to pay via oxxo to account or in cash the day of the tour or through stripe link with platform commission). In order to provide you personal & authentic experiences we work with small businesses/families that don’t receive tours everyday and prepare in advance to receive you. If you cancel at the last minute they will already have spent money to organize your experience.

BAD WEATHER POLICY :Â
WE DECIDE IF THE TOUR IS CANCELED FOR BAD WEATHER
Puerto Vallarta has a dry and rainy season. In the dry season (november to june) it is very rare that it starts raining and if it does it will be a very short nice and refreshing rain, no need to cancel the tour. In the rainy season, it usually rains at the end of the afternoon or at night and if it starts raining during the tour hours it’ll usually be a nice, warm rain (feels good in the summer months!), then back to bright sunshine. Nothing to worry about. The only reasons we would cancel the tour is for hurricane or big storms alert.
If it happens on the day of your tour and we cancel the tour, of course, you are entitled to either reschedule for another day or a 100% refund, your choice.
Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the tour, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action that I may have for injuries, damages, or losses, including but not limited to, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage, arising from my participation in the tour.
I also agree not to bring any claims or lawsuits against the Company or its representatives based on any such injuries, damages, or losses.
Insurance:
I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other potential travel-related risks. I acknowledge that the Company does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for any financial loss due to trip cancellation, interruption, or delays.
