Mexican Cooking Class
We have all heard about Mexican cuisine but do we really know it? We invite you to this culinary experience in which we will visit a local market and learn about prehispanic food, and legends. We will stop at a tortilleria where we will learn about the process from the corn to the tortilla. Then we will head to a local restaurant where a passionate couple will share with you their secrets. Time to put in practice! Blind Tasting, Cook tortillas and enchiladas, prepare your meal and experience a raicilla coktail workshop… We look forward to seeing you at our Mexican cooking class!
