We have all heard about Mexican cuisine but do we really know it? First we will walk around in the colourful and artistic village of San Pancho, visit a local community garden , and do a few stops to taste local delicacies. Then the famous “Gallo” in San Pancho will open its doors just for us and we will discrover the process of the blue corn from the grain to the tortilla, learn and cook with a local chef, taste new flavours and even experience a blind tasting! (No worries, pure pleasure 😉 But that’s enough food, time to hydrate! Get introduced to an ancestral beverage called Pulque, a nice coktail will be the cherry on the cake..
